About Shan
Hey y'all! I'm Shan!
I believe life can be beautiful, overwhelming, and unpredictable all at once, and navigating that each day can honestly be…a lot. Because of that, I would like to walk alongside you while helping you navigate the changes, challenges, and growth you hope to see within yourself and your relationships. At my core, I believe every person is inherently valuable and deserving of spaces where they can show up fully as themselves.
Before transitioning into the therapy field, I spent several years in education as a school principal supporting individuals, families, and teams through high-pressure, high-growth environments. Those experiences continue to shape the way I approach therapy today.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me trying new restaurants, at a concert, traveling, volunteering, spending time with people I love, taking a fitness class, or laughing entirely too hard at something questionable.
Emoji i overuse: 😵💫i'm always saying: “ok, everybody relax.”Training & Credentials

Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and relational. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen while also feeling supported enough to grow. I am naturally very curious in the therapy room and deeply value understanding the full context of who my clients are, not just what brought them to therapy.
Therapy with me is not designed for just talking or staying stuck in the same cycles; we focus on gaining clarity, confidence, and the tools needed to move through life more intentionally. Our work together may include emotional processing, reflection, accountability, exploration, practical tools, or honest conversations that challenge old patterns while creating space for growth. My goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling more grounded in who they are, more clear about what they want out of life, and more equipped to pursue it authentically.
If you are looking for a therapist who can hold space while also helping you move forward with intention, you’re in the right place.
