Let's be honest, adulting can get crazy, right!? Sometimes it feels like everything is happening to us and there's not much we can do to realize our goals or live the life we desire. That feeling can become all consuming, but I truly believe under all the FEELS, you have what you need to live the best life and have fulfilling relationships. You may just need some help pulling all that good stuff inside of you up to the surface. It's not easy work, but it's worth it work. As a therapist, it's my goal to create an environment where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I'm not here to give advice or tell you what to do, but I am here to empathize, challenge, and empower you to trust YOURSELF to make the best decisions for your life. And hopefully, we laugh a little...actually let's be real...ALOT along the way.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you can catch me snacking, watching a show, laughing until I cry with people I love, or putting together a dope fit to wear.
