Rece McGee, LMFT

Heyyyyyy,

How are you...really? Let's be honest, sometimes it feels like everything is happening to us and there's not much we can do to realize our goals or live the life we desire. That thought can become overwhelming, but I truly believe under all the FEELS, you have what you need within you to live the best life and have fulfilling relationships. As a therapist, it's my goal to create an environment where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I am here to empathize, challenge, and empower you to do your healing work while making the best decisions for your life. And hopefully, we laugh a little...actually A LOT along the way.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you can catch me snacking, watching a show, laughing until I cry with people I love, or putting together a dope fit to wear.
