About Bree

Heyyy! I'm Bree Franklin, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and Licensed School Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion and hope. I have years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, and I believe everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling stuck, my goal is to help you build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll work toward a life that reflects your values, strengths, and goals.

When I'm not in session, you'll likely find me spending quality time with family and friends, trying a new restaurant around Nashville, traveling, or investing in my own personal and professional growth. I believe in practicing the same self-care and intentional living that I encourage my clients to embrace.

Emoji i overuse: 😂
i'm always saying: "Only focus on what YOU can control!"

Approach

My counseling style is welcoming, collaborative, and person-centered, while staying practical and goal-oriented. I believe every client has distinct strengths, and together we'll identify the challenges you're facing, build on what's already working, and create meaningful change. I tailor therapy to your specific goals and needs by drawing from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and systemic views. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or life changes, my goal is to offer a supportive environment where you feel heard, learn practical strategies, build resilience, and leave therapy with the confidence to continue growing independently.
